About Island Green Lawn

Island Green Lawn isn’t a big franchise or a corporate call center. We are a locally owned and operated lawn care company based right here in Nassau County, Florida.

Our mission is simple: treat every yard like it’s our own, pay attention to the details that matter, and show up on time, every time.

Meet the owner

Island Green Lawn was built on a simple idea: treat every property like it matters.

Owner Fermin has spent years working and living in Nassau County, building a strong understanding of the local climate, grass types, soil conditions, and the details that make North Florida landscaping unique.

A Neighbor Who Knows This Area

Here’s what makes us different: our owner has lived and worked in Nassau County for over 10 years. This isn’t a territory he was assigned. This is his home.

He knows the neighborhoods. He knows the neighbors. And more importantly for your lawn – he knows the specific challenges of keeping grass healthy in Northeast Florida.

The Details You'll Notice
(But Other Companies Miss)

A clean lawn isn’t just about mowing. It’s about the little things:

Razor-sharp edges along driveways, sidewalks, and garden beds
Mulch installed evenly with no bare spots and no mulch spilled onto the grass
String trimming around every tree, fence post, and mailbox
Blow-off complete – no grass clippings left on your driveway, walkway, or street
No footprints left behind in freshly mulched beds

We take pride in work that looks finished, not rushed.
